Mac to the Future

From BrianReturning to my Macintosh (Mac) roots has proven to be a very pleasant experience. As some of you know, I only migrated to Windows with a lot of kicking and screaming. I was a Mac man, and proud of it.

But the need for a Windows machine became great, and I eventually migrated from my Mac roots.

Well, with some extra money and a need for a 'toy', I recently bought a Mac iBook laptop. I was immediately pleased, as the GUI is excellent, and the fact that there is a Unix kernel and GNU/Apache/etc software under the covers made me feel right at home.

So much so, that I turned around and bought one of the new Mac Minis. I am working at moving my email, dns, and web servers to a new home on the Mini.

It's fun to play!

Brian
